10th Annual Columbus Fitness Sampler: A Day of Empowerment, Health, and Beauty for Women

The Columbus Fitness Sampler, organized by The Beauty Boost, is gearing up for its biggest event yet after 10 years of success. Founded in 2015, the event aims to empower women by providing them with the opportunity to try out various fitness classes, cosmetic services, products, and clothing brands. This year’s sampler, set to take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Kee, will feature nearly 40 vendors, including Polaris Fit Body Boot Camp and Club Pilates Columbus.

Attendees can expect back-to-back fitness classes every 25 minutes, led by trainers from participating studios. The event will also include “experience stations” where attendees can interact with vendors. New features this year include a DJ and a “fitness passport” that participants can access on The Beauty Boost’s website and Instagram. By attending classes at certain fitness studios leading up to the event, participants can earn check marks on their passports and enter a raffle for prizes, including a grand prize of $1,000 or more.

Club Pilates Columbus, a California-based franchise, offers over 70 Pilates classes a week with different formats suitable for all levels. The studio, which opened in Columbus in 2019, provides a range of classes from restorative stretching to high-intensity cardio. Polaris Fit Body Boot Camp focuses on total-body strength training with three different types of workouts. Both studios offer discounts to Ohio State students and employees.
