The integration of Escalation Studios into 6L’s product development team has been seamless, with the studio continuing to work on creating innovative games for the publisher. Marc Tardiff, one of Escalation’s co-founders and now a design director at 6L, expressed his excitement about the acquisition, highlighting the similarities in game development philosophies between the two companies.

Escalation Studios, originally focused on console and PC games, made the strategic shift to mobile games in 2007 to tap into the growing smartphone games market. 6L’s Chief Product Officer, Arjun Sethi, emphasized the company’s focus on creating a good user experience and quality games, whether working on original ideas or collaborating with bigger brands. With offices in Beijing, Tokyo, and San Francisco, 6L now boasts a team of over 210 employees worldwide, ready to take on the competitive mobile gaming landscape.

As 6L expands its presence on iPhone and Android devices, the collaboration with Escalation Studios promises to bring fresh and exciting gaming experiences to players. With a shared passion for innovation and game development, the future looks bright for this dynamic partnership in the mobile gaming industry.
