MIAMI – A tragic incident unfolded in Northwest Miami-Dade as police announced the arrest of Joseph Fullwood, 46, in connection with the killing of 48-year-old business owner German Amado De La Cruz Jr. The motive behind the killing remains unknown, leaving the community in shock and disbelief.
