Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Configuration of highly technical software systems to provide support to the company’s complex surveillance operations in a multistate environment
  • Add and maintain users on the surveillance network; assigning surveillance applications access, ensuring security and maintaining their configurations are within standards
  • Provide technical training and guidance to all surveillance personnel
  • Monitor and evaluate efficiency of software/hardware applications and installations to ensure protection of company assets and compliance with internal and external compliance regulations
  • Installation and removal of cameras, wires and other associated equipment as directed
  • Research and evaluate pricing on equipment as needed
  • Provide thorough written documentation of all duties per gaming regulations and business needs
  • Assist with department audits, compliance, documentation, and system upgrades.
  • Occasional travel between company properties for support in Nevada
  • Develop improvements to assist surveillance operators in their daily job routines
  • Project Management and assisting surveillance Manager(s) with departmental development

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

  • Ability to be an effective communicator
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide support for complex systems
  • Proficient in the use, programing & configuration and support of:
  • Microsoft Server 2019
  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Intermediate networking knowledge, specializing in Multicasting Layer 3 Switching
  • Must possess valid Colorado as well as Nevada Gaming License and other applicable licensure as required
  • High School diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
  • 3 years in an IT/Surveillance support role
  • Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming registration card
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
