This summer, the University of Nevada, Reno is once again hosting its popular KIDS University summer camps, offering a wide range of educational and fun experiences for children ages 7-14. With over 20 different camps to choose from, kids can immerse themselves in subjects like art, coding, robotics, cheer and dance, soccer, mythology, and more.

One of the highlights of the camps is the STEAM-based curriculum, which integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and math into engaging and hands-on activities. Campers will have the opportunity to learn from certified teachers, graduate students, and professionals in various fields, providing them with a unique and enriching experience.

The camps are designed to not only educate but also inspire campers to explore their interests and discover new passions. Many campers return year after year, eventually becoming counselors themselves. This year, some of the exciting camps include “Around the World in Ecosystems,” “CSI: The Science of Justice,” “Exploring Robotics and Music,” and “Return to Hogwarts.”

Registration is now open, with full-day camps priced at $325 per week and half-day camps at $225 per week. Special pricing is available for the weeks of June 17 and July 1. For more information or to register, interested parents can contact KIDS University at 775-784-4046.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity for your child to have a summer filled with learning, creativity, and fun at KIDS University summer camps!
