Grace Kim managed to hold onto a share of the lead at the LPGA Tour’s JM Eagle LA Championship despite a challenging round at Wilshire Country Club. The Australian golfer stumbled to a 5-over 76 on Saturday, but still found herself tied for the lead with defending champion Hannah Green at 7-under 206.

The difficult conditions, including bumpy greens and tricky winds, made it a tough day for all the players. Kim acknowledged the challenges, stating, “It’s tough for everyone today. It was just one of those days. It’s just golf.”

Despite her struggles, Kim remained focused on the next shot and tried to give herself good chances. Green, on the other hand, rebounded from a par miss on the 17th hole with a crucial par save on the 18th. She eagled the 13th hole and birdied three others on the back nine to stay in contention.

Maja Stark, who was playing alongside Kim in the final group, finished with a 73 after bogeying the 18th hole. Jin Hee Im and Esther Henseleit were also in the mix, just a stroke behind the leaders.

The competition is heating up as the final round approaches, with the top players vying for the title at the prestigious event. Stay tuned for more updates on the JM Eagle LA Championship.
