Sahil Khan Detained by Mumbai Crime Branch in Mahadev Betting App Case – Entertainment News

In a shocking turn of events, actor Sahil Khan has been detained by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Mumbai Crime Branch in connection with the Mahadev betting app case. Khan, who had been on the run for nearly 40 hours, was apprehended in Chhattisgarh after his attempts to secure a pre-arrest bail were rejected by the Bombay High Court.

The actor is accused of running a betting site and promoting illegal betting activities, with his name surfacing during the investigation of the Mahadev betting app case by the Matunga Police in Mumbai. The alleged size of the scam is estimated to be around Rs 15,000 crore, as per the first information report (FIR) filed in the case.
