Blackpink’s Jennie Surprises Jisoo With Luxurious Coffee Truck On Upcoming K-drama Influenza’s Sets

Blackpink’s Jennie is the biggest supporter of actress Jisoo! The rapper sent a special coffee truck to her fellow bandmate on the sets of Influenza.

On April 29, Jennie surprised Jisoo by sending a coffee truck on the sets of her upcoming K-drama, Influenza. From coffee to sweet treats, the coffee truck had it all! Furthermore, Jennie didn’t forget to customize the coffee truck with pictures and cute messages. “Please take care of our pretty Youngchu. I hope the actors and staff of Influenza gain strength after drinking coffee,” the SOLO rapper’s message read.

The one panel of the coffee truck also featured a pic of Jisoo and Jennie with the question, ‘How do you feel,” to which Jisoo responded, “HAPPY!”

Directed by Yoon Sung-hyun, Influenza stars Park Jung-min, Blackpink’s Jisoo, and Kim Joon-han. Set in Seoul, the series reportedly follows defense unit soldier Lee Jae-yoon and his girlfriend Kang Young-joo as they are forced to face the trials presented by a zombie onslaught.

On the work front, Jennie announced the establishment of her own agency OA (ODD ATELIER) just days before YG Entertainment confirmed that all four members of Blackpink had decided not to renew their individual contracts with the label. Meanwhile, Jisoo launched her solo label BLISSOO in February 2024 and will be making her K-drama comeback with Influenza alongside Park Jung-min and Kim Joon-han. She will also be starring in the film adaptation of Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.
