Dough & Co. to open new location in Northport

Dough & Co. Pizza, a popular pizzeria in Long Island, is set to open its second location in Northport. The new restaurant will be located at 1014 Fort Salonga Road in a retail strip center, taking over the space previously occupied by Regalo Pizzeria.

The owners of Dough & Co., Daniel Rocca and Teddy Fortunato, are both just 25 years old but have a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry. Rocca grew up in a family that owned pizzerias, while Fortunato has worked in various roles in restaurants, including as a cook, bar manager, and pizza delivery driver.

Despite their young age, Dough & Co. has already received accolades for its pizza, being named the best pizza by Newsday for the past two years and ranking in the top three best pizzas in the New York tri-state area by the Washington Post.

The new Northport location is a significant milestone for Rocca and Fortunato, who are excited to bring their delicious pizza to a new community. Marissa Cosentino of Scout Realty Group, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease transaction, expressed her excitement for the new restaurant, noting that great food has a way of bringing people together.

Rocca and Fortunato are aiming to open their Northport restaurant in mid-June, and they are looking forward to serving the community with the same quality food and service that has made their Huntington location a success.
