Novac Tech Solutions Expands into South Africa: Chennai News报道

Novac Technology Solutions, a Chennai-based digital transformation and cloud solutions company, is set to expand its global footprint into South Africa this year. This move comes just three months after the firm made its entry into Dubai, marking its second international expansion.

Promoted by the Shriram Group, Novac Technology Solutions aims to tap into the potential technology market in about 10 African countries, focusing on sectors such as finance, insurance, retail, and digital learning. Nanda Kishore N S, CEO of Novac Technology Solutions, revealed that their first client in South Africa will be in the insurance sector.

Kishore expressed his excitement about the opportunities in Africa for digital transformation and cloud solutions, emphasizing the company’s belief in the power of innovative technology to empower businesses and drive sustainable growth. He highlighted the rapidly evolving tech scene in Africa and the company’s commitment to collaborating with local partners and clients to deliver tailored solutions.

With a strong presence in India and a client base that includes leading public sector oil companies, banks, and pharma companies, Novac Technology Solutions has generated a turnover of about Rs 300 crore in FY24. The company is now focusing on enhancing AI features and plans to increase its turnover by 10-12% in FY25. Additionally, they are looking to hire 500 more employees in the next fiscal year.

With a workforce of 3,500 employees spread across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, Novac Technology Solutions is poised for further growth and success as it expands its operations into South Africa and continues to innovate in the digital transformation space.
