Matthew Perry’s mansion, which he purchased just three months before his tragic death, is now on sale for $5 million. The ‘Friends’ actor, who struggled with addiction for years, never got to enjoy the luxury property located in the Hollywood Hills.

The mansion, situated at 1479 Rising Glen Road, features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spans over 2,566 square feet on a 9,622 square foot lot. The house, which was fully furnished, was sold by Matthew for $4,995,000 on 31 May last year.

The property offers privacy with surrounding gates, a large driveway leading to a double-car garage, a swimming pool, fire-pit, and a south-facing deck. Each bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, making it a truly luxurious living space.

Despite selling his Malibu beach house for $12.95 million in 2020 and purchasing the ranch-style property where he passed away in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of LA for $6 million, Matthew continued to accumulate a property portfolio worth millions.

Listing agents Greg Holcomb and Tim Durkovic of Douglas Elliman have not commented on the sale. Matthew, who portrayed Chandler Bing in ‘Friends,’ left behind a net worth of $120 million at the time of his death.

The mansion’s sale has garnered attention as fans and real estate enthusiasts alike are curious about the fate of the property once owned by the beloved actor.
