The Arabian Travel Market 2024 (ATM) is set to kick off on Monday, May 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), with an exciting lineup of events and exhibitors. The 31st edition of ATM will feature over 2,300 exhibitors and representatives from more than 165 countries, with 41,000 attendees expected to participate.
Under the theme ‘Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship’, ATM 2024 will showcase how innovators in the travel and tourism industry are enhancing customer experiences, driving efficiencies, and working towards a net-zero future. The event will highlight the latest trends and developments in the industry, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Several new destinations will be introduced at ATM 2024, including China, Macao, Kenya, Guatemala, and Colombia, while returning countries like Spain and France will also be featured. The event will see a 21% increase in participating hotel brands and a 58% rise in new Travel Technology products showcased.
A dedicated India Summit will take place on the opening day of ATM, focusing on the recent outbound travel boom from the Indian market. The Summit, titled ‘Unlocking the True Potential of Inbound Indian Travellers,’ will explore India’s role as a key source market for tourism growth.
