La Salle-Peru No. 1 doubles team of senior Andrew Bollis and junior Danny Santoy secured a hard-fought victory against Ottawa’s No. 1 duo of senior Alan Sifuentes and sophomore Evan Krafft in a thrilling match that ended with a 7-6 (10-2), 5-7, 6-3 triumph. The intense battle took place at the Henderson-Guenther Tennis Facility, where the Cavaliers ultimately swept the Pirates 5-0.
Despite facing several ups and downs throughout the match, Bollis and Santoy managed to maintain their composure and secure the win, completing an unbeaten Interstate 8 Conference regular season for themselves and their team.
