The Rugby Africa Women’s Cup is reaching its thrilling conclusion, with the final round set to be streamed live for the first time on RugbyPass TV. The defending champions, South Africa, will face off against host nation Madagascar in a high-stakes match to secure a pathway to the 2025 Women’s World Cup in England. The runner-up will qualify for the WX3 tournament in Dubai later this year.

The tournament, organized by Rugby Africa, has been a showcase of the growing interest in women’s rugby across the continent. With the live streaming on RugbyPass TV, fans worldwide will have the opportunity to support their teams and experience the excitement of the game. The match will also be available on Super Sport’s YouTube page, Rugby Africa’s Facebook and YouTube pages, as well as on SuperSport.

Participating countries in the tournament include Cameroon, Kenya, Madagascar, and South Africa, with all three rounds taking place at the Stadis Makis in Antananarivo, Madagascar. This marks the second time Madagascar has hosted the Rugby Africa Women’s tournament, following a successful event in 2023.

The final round will kick off with Kenya’s Lionesses taking on Cameroon, followed by the deciding match between South Africa’s Springboks and Madagascar. The action is set to begin at 13:00 (East Africa Time) on Sunday, May 12.
