Despite being based in the Middle East, Qatar Airways’ Student Club is open to students worldwide. To join, students must be pursuing a higher education academic degree between the ages of 18 and 30. The program operates as part of Qatar Airways’ Privilege Club loyalty program, allowing members to earn Avios points.
Joining the Student Club is simple and free, with registration done through Qatar Airways’ website. Students need to provide details such as their college or university’s name and location, expected graduation date, and a photo of their student ID or joining letter. Membership in the program is valid for up to seven years.
As a member of the Student Club, students can enjoy exclusive benefits such as special fares on flights, with discounts increasing after each trip. Additionally, members receive increased baggage allowance, complimentary Wi-Fi onboard, and a Privilege Club tier upgrade as a graduation gift.
The program also offers a companion pass, allowing members to share fare discounts and benefits with up to three friends or family members on a nominated trip.
