Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has taken to social media to urge voters to come out and fulfill their responsibilities in the fifth phase of the Lok Sabha elections. The fifth phase of Lok Sabha polls is set to be held today and will cover the seats in Mumbai.

In a quirky and engaging video shared on Instagram, Amitabh Bachchan showcased animated animals in the jungle dancing to a remake of the popular song ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’ from the movie ‘Khoobsurat’. The video aims to encourage people to exercise their right to vote in Mumbai and Maharashtra.

The veteran actor captioned the video with a message, “Tomorrow is your day for Vote Mumbai/Maharashtra. Exercise your right.” This initiative by Bachchan is part of a larger movement to encourage voter turnout in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

Shah Rukh Khan also joined the cause by urging Indian citizens to vote in Maharashtra. He emphasized the importance of voting and promoting the country’s best interests.

The states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, along with the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, will be going to the polls in the fifth phase. Maharashtra, with its 48 Lok Sabha seats, plays a crucial role in shaping national politics.

The counting of votes for the fifth phase will be held on June 4. The political diversity and significant electoral influence of Maharashtra make it a key player in the national political landscape.
