Nvidia Corp. CEO Jensen Huang recently emphasized the importance of the company’s partnership with Dell Technologies Inc. in expanding the reach of its artificial intelligence technology. In an interview with Bloomberg Television in Las Vegas, Huang highlighted that the collaboration with Dell is expected to allow a wider range of customers to establish their own “AI factories.”
“We want to bring this generative AI capability to every company in the world,” Huang stated. He emphasized that it’s not just about delivering a box but providing an entire infrastructure that is complex yet essential for AI development.
Nvidia’s growth strategy revolves around encouraging agencies and businesses to cultivate their own AI capabilities, thereby driving demand for its products. This necessitates the storage, networking, and computing solutions offered by Dell, according to Huang.
With Nvidia’s stock soaring by over 90% this year, the company is set to report its latest earnings soon, with analysts predicting a 243% growth in sales last quarter. This rapid growth has propelled Nvidia to become the third most valuable tech company, trailing only Microsoft Corporation and Apple Inc.
Having exceeded revenue projections for six consecutive quarters and with a market capitalization exceeding $2 trillion, Nvidia’s success story is remarkable. From facing the threat of collapse in the 1990s to becoming a tech giant today, Nvidia’s journey is a testament to perseverance and strategic partnerships like the one with Dell.
