NAI Puget Sound Properties has recently welcomed two new hires to their team in Bellevue. Matt Le, who previously specialized in self-storage investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, will now be joining the NAI retail team. Ally Braden, who focused on industrial properties at Cushman & Wakefield, will continue her work in that area at NAI.

Avatar Financial Group also made a recent hire, bringing on Richard Caldwell, a 25-year industry veteran, to focus on commercial real estate loans and new business development in Northern California. T.R. Hazelrigg IV, from Avatar, praised Caldwell’s expertise in commercial real estate and capital markets, highlighting his decision-making skills in investment and financing.
