Milford Author Promotes Children’s Health and Wellness

Milford author Andrew Scott is making waves with his new children’s book, “Could You Exercise With Me Please?” The book aims to educate children about the importance of health and fitness in a fun and interactive way.

Scott, a former life skills teacher at Milford High School, drew inspiration for the book from his own experiences coaching and mentoring youth in athletics. He noticed a decline in children’s interest in exercise and wanted to create a resource that would not only teach them about fitness but also engage them in physical activity.

The book features ten basic exercises that children can do with their family members, as well as lessons on primary colors, counting, and overall health tips. Scott hopes that the interactive elements in the book will inspire children to put down their handheld devices and get moving.

In addition to “Could You Exercise With Me Please?” Scott has plans to publish more books in the future, including a self-help book for teenagers titled “Build Your Confidence, Be a Better You.” His ultimate goal as a writer is to provide his readers with knowledge and inspiration, no matter how small.

“Could You Exercise With Me Please?” is now available for purchase on Barnes and Noble, and Scott is excited to continue expanding his literary endeavors in the coming years. With his passion for writing and dedication to empowering young readers, Scott is sure to make a lasting impact in the world of children’s literature.
