After years of offering only cold meals and snack boxes to main cabin and premium class passengers, Alaska Airlines is finally heating things up with a new hot menu. Following the retirement of the Virgin America fleet and the installation of ovens in the main cabin galleys, Alaska Airlines is now able to offer a variety of delicious hot sandwiches and entrees to passengers on medium- and long-haul flights.

The new hot menu items, available for preorder in the main and premium cabins, include a carnitas breakfast bowl, Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich, Panang curry chicken, and pretzel roll sliders. These mouthwatering options range in price from $10.50 to $11.50, offering a tasty upgrade from the existing cold menu options.

Passengers can preorder these hot meals through the Alaska mobile app or website from two weeks to 20 hours before their flight. Additionally, those who pay with an Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® credit card or Alaska Airlines Visa® Business card can enjoy a 20% statement credit on their purchase.

With these new hot meal offerings, Alaska Airlines is stepping up its in-flight dining experience and giving passengers more delicious options to enjoy while traveling. So next time you fly with Alaska Airlines, be sure to preorder one of these tempting hot meals and elevate your inflight dining experience.
