NYT Connections: Clues and Solutions for Saturday, May 25

Reading Time: < 1 minute

The New York Times has launched a new puzzle game called Connections that is sure to challenge your brain. In this game, players are presented with a grid of 16 words and must categorize them into four groups based on the connections between the words. The game resets every night at midnight, offering a new puzzle with varying levels of difficulty.

Similar to the popular game Wordle, Connections allows players to track their winning streak and compare scores with friends. Each group of words is color-coded, with the yellow group being the easiest to figure out, followed by green, blue, and purple.

If you’re struggling to solve today’s puzzle, the game offers hints and tips to help you along the way. Additionally, the game provides the themes for the day’s puzzle, such as “Advertising Format,” “Inaugural,” “Advocate For,” and “Pronoun Plus ‘E’.” Players can also receive one word from each group to assist in solving the puzzle.

Once you think you have the correct grouping of words, you can submit your answer. If correct, the words will be removed from the grid, and the connecting theme will be revealed. However, be careful, as you only have four mistakes allowed before the game ends.

Connections is designed to be challenging and engaging, with new puzzles daily to keep players coming back for more. If you couldn’t crack today’s puzzle, don’t worry – there’s always tomorrow for a fresh challenge.
