ThincHer, a program dedicated to empowering women in higher education, has partnered with Sweat, a leading fitness platform, to provide students with the tools they need to excel as entrepreneurs and leaders.
ThincHer offers a unique blend of interactive workshops, mentorship, experiential learning, and networking opportunities to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in their academic and professional journeys. Recognizing the challenges faced by women in higher education, including stress, mental health concerns, and the need for balanced wellbeing, ThincHer integrates comprehensive support systems to help participants navigate their future.
Through the partnership with Sweat, ThincHer students will receive exclusive six-month free access to the fitness platform, personalized workout programs, meal ideas, and a supportive community to help them manage stress, improve mental health, and maintain physical fitness during their academic journey. Additionally, a representative from Sweat will lead a masterclass for ThincHer participants, emphasizing the importance of fitness in maintaining a healthy and productive life.
ThincLab Director Zrinka Tokic believes that this collaboration will provide students with the tools they need to excel as business leaders, emphasizing the importance of self-care and prioritizing fitness and mental health as strategic investments in entrepreneurial and leadership development for women.
The partnership between ThincHer and Sweat has been praised by ThincHer student ambassador Oveena Widyaratne, who sees it as a perfect synergy between two women-led communities centered around uplifting one another. The collaboration brings together like-minded initiatives aimed at empowering women in all walks of life and building resilient leaders who have the energy to drive change.
