Xiaomi’s HyperOS Update Rolling Out to More Devices in India

Xiaomi, the popular Chinese smartphone maker, has been making waves with its HyperOS UI upgrade. Last year, the company decided to move away from the familiar MIUI interface and introduced the HyperOS update. This new interface has been gradually making its way to devices in India, with some models like the Poco X6 Pro already coming with HyperOS out of the box.

In the first phase of updates in January, devices like the Xiaomi 13 Pro and Xiaomi Pad 6 received the HyperOS update. The second phase of rollout in March included more devices such as the Redmi Note 13 and Redmi Note 12 series. Now, Xiaomi has announced the names of the devices that will receive the HyperOS update in the second quarter of this year.

Some of the devices that will be getting the HyperOS update in India include the Xiaomi 11 Ultra, Xiaomi 11T Pro, Mi 11X, Xiaomi 11I HyperCharge, Xiaomi 11 Lite, Xiaomi 11i, Mi 10, Xiaomi Pad 5, Redmi K50i, Redmi 13C series, Redmi 12, Redmi 11 Prime 5G, and the Redmi Note 11 Series.

HyperOS is Xiaomi’s attempt to create a unified interface that can be used across a range of the company’s smart devices. The company claims that HyperOS is lighter than its predecessor, offering users more storage space. Additionally, HyperOS promises improved performance, animations, and multitasking capabilities. With the rollout of the HyperOS update to more devices, Xiaomi users in India can look forward to a seamless and enhanced user experience.
