Hill joined “The Lord Of The Rings” franchise in the second film of the trilogy, “The Two Towers”, as Théoden, King of Rohan. He reprised the role in the final installment, “The Return of the King”, which went on to win 11 Oscars. One of the most memorable scenes in the film featured Hill’s character delivering a powerful battle cry that inspired his troops to charge into battle.
