At 84 years old, Michael C. Donaldson is not your average entertainment lawyer. By day, he’s busy with legal matters, but by night, he’s breaking records as an under-ice swimmer. Donaldson didn’t start his fitness journey until his 70s, but he’s proving that it’s never too late to make healthy changes.

After trying aerial silk acrobatics and meeting former Olympic swimmer Markus Rogan, Donaldson discovered his passion for under-ice swimming. Despite initially hesitating to participate, he quickly fell in love with the sport and began training with Rogan to set records.
