AHIP partners with Lightbeam Health

Lightbeam Health Solutions, a leader in population health technology, has announced a new partnership with AHIP, America’s Health Insurance Plans. This collaboration aims to provide payers and health plans with the necessary tools to enhance payer-provider alignment, transparency, and ultimately improve cost-of-care, quality outcomes, and member satisfaction.

Through data analytics, Lightbeam offers population health management solutions for various populations, including ACO REACH, MSSP ACO, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial populations nationwide. This partnership will enable payers and health plans to access provider insights, performance metrics, identify member risk, and reach vulnerable populations more effectively.

The solutions provided by Lightbeam include ADT Insights, which highlights high utilizers and initiates transitional care management workflows, Provider Insights, allowing segmentation of provider performance, and Prescriptive AI, which identifies dual-enrolled members for accurate HCC coding and targeted intervention strategies.
