AI assistant from Adobe Experience Platform now accessible to all | Technology News

Adobe has made a significant announcement today, revealing that its generative AI-powered assistant for the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is now accessible to all users. The AI assistant, which features a conversational interface, aims to help automate tasks, simulate outcomes, and generate new audiences and journeys.

Unveiled earlier this year in March at the company’s annual conference summit, the AI Assistant is capable of delivering insights within seconds and creating personalized content. It is integrated with AEP apps such as Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.

Some of the questions that the Adobe Experience Platform’s AI Assistant can address include “How do I build an audience segment?” and “What is an identity map? How often is this audience segment used?” The AI Assistant is not limited to text-based responses but can also assist with audience segments and identify “high-value” customers. Additionally, it is connected to Adobe’s AI-powered text-to-image generator Firefly, enabling the creation of emails and web pages.

Moreover, the AI Assistant can provide predictive insights based on historical customer data, predicting conversions from specific customer segments and recommending actions in the customer journey. This tool is a part of the Adobe Experience Platform, a real-time customer experience management service used by prominent brands like The Coca-Cola Company, Marriott International, General Motors, and Real Madrid.

With the availability of the Adobe Experience Platform AI assistant to all users, businesses can leverage AI technology to enhance their marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts.
