The reports, titled “Responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI): Overview of AI Risks, Safety & Governance” and “Artificial Intelligence (AI): Global Strategies, Policies & Regulations,” emphasize the importance of prioritizing safety, ethical considerations, and responsible AI adoption in the industry.

Launched during the WTTC’s participation at the UN General Assembly in New York, the reports underscore the organization’s commitment to promoting innovation and excellence in customer experiences through the integration of AI.
