AIA Vitality Collaborates with SANA Studio for 8 Weeks Health Challenge

Leading a healthy lifestyle is crucial for overall well-being, and PT AIA FINANCIAL (AIA) is taking proactive steps to promote health and fitness through its AIA Vitality program. In partnership with SANA Studio, AIA is launching the SANA Studio 8 Weeks Challenge, a health and fitness program aimed at helping individuals adopt good habits for a healthier lifestyle.

The program, scheduled to run from May 6 to June 30, 2024, will see participants attending three exercise classes per week at SANA Studio in Jakarta. Additionally, participants will engage in weekly exercise challenges through the AIA Vitality app, encouraging them to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle.

Kathryn Parapak, chief marketing officer of AIA, emphasized the importance of supporting individuals in living healthier lives. The collaboration between AIA Vitality and the SANA 8 Weeks Challenge is designed to guide participants through three stages: Know Your Health, Improve Your Health, and Enjoy The Rewards. Participants will receive weekly rewards from AIA Vitality partners as they undertake the healthy living challenge.

Laila Munaf, coach and founder of SANA Studio, highlighted the mission of the SANA 8 Weeks Challenge to promote health and happiness through fitness. The program emphasizes that “Change Takes Time” and aims to help participants build sustainable healthy habits over the course of eight weeks.

At the end of the challenge, the top five participants with the highest AIA Vitality points will receive prizes such as Garmin watches and shopping vouchers from Grand Lucky and Farmers Market. AIA Vitality, with 28,000 members, has already made a positive impact on the health of its participants, with significant improvements in glucose levels, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and BMI values.

Through initiatives like the SANA Studio 8 Weeks Challenge, AIA is empowering individuals to prioritize their health and well-being, ultimately leading to a healthier and happier community.
