Amitabh Bachchan is all set to return as the host for the sixteenth season of the popular quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. The announcement was made by Sony Entertainment Television on their official Instagram handle, much to the delight of ‘KBC’ fans.

The promo for the new season featured Big B’s emotional speech from the last season, with a voiceover saying, “Har aarambh ka ant taye hai magar apnon ke pyar mein jo anand hai.. to har ant ke baad shubharambh nishchit hai..” The legendary actor also hinted at his return by saying, “Gunja jo aapke pyar ka shankhnaad , to aana padega fir.”

Registration for ‘KBC 16’ is set to begin on April 26, as per the announcement made by the makers. Fans expressed their excitement on social media, with one fan thanking the team for bringing back the new season and another eagerly waiting for Mr. Bachchan’s return.
