Angelina Jolie’s former security guard has made shocking claims about the actress allegedly discouraging her children from spending time with their father, Brad Pitt. According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Tony Webb, who worked for Jolie for two decades and continued to work for Pitt after the couple divorced, claimed that Jolie threatened to sue him and his team if they testified in a custody proceeding.
Webb alleged that Jolie required him and his contractors to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) regarding personal and professional details of her family’s life. He also claimed that Jolie’s representative warned him that she would sue if they testified in a custody proceeding.
After relaying Jolie’s alleged warning to his team, Webb’s contractors confirmed they planned to testify if subpoenaed. One contractor even mentioned overhearing Jolie encouraging the children to avoid spending time with Pitt during custody visits.
Jolie and Pitt share six children together, and after the contractors testified, Jolie allegedly fired them. While neither Pitt nor Jolie has publicly commented on the matter, Jolie’s attorney responded to the court documents, stating that Pitt’s attempt to equate NDAs for security personnel with covering up his actions is shameful.
These new revelations come after Jolie accused Pitt of being physically abusive towards her during an incident on a plane in 2016. The situation highlights the ongoing custody battle between the former couple and the complexities of their relationship.
