Baptist Health Corbin Named Large Business of the Year at Chamber of Commerce Banquet
At the recent London-Laurel County Chamber of Commerce annual banquet on April 17, Baptist Health Corbin was honored with the prestigious Large Business of the Year Award. Starting from its humble beginnings at the old Corbin Municipal Hospital, Baptist Health Corbin has evolved into a state-of-the-art 273-bed acute care facility. The hospital’s journey began in 1986 with its relocation to the Cumberland Falls Highway location, which paved the way for expansion and innovation in healthcare services.
Sherrie Mays, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, accepted the award on behalf of Baptist Health Corbin.
