The Somerset Berkley boys tennis team kicked off their playoff run with a bang, securing a dominant 4-1 victory over Plymouth South in the Division 2 Round of 32 matchup. The 15th seeded Raiders showcased their skills on their home court, setting the stage for an exciting postseason journey.

Star player Max Petit maintained his undefeated record, improving to 19-0 after a convincing win in straight sets (6-1, 6-0) in his singles match. Jackson Souza battled it out in a tight match at second singles, ultimately emerging victorious with a 6-3, 3-6, 10-6 win. The dynamic duo of Brayden Dorego and Ian Foulds secured a solid victory at first doubles (6-2, 6-1), while Kelan Langlois and Nate Melo dominated at second doubles with a score of 6-1, 6-2.

With this impressive win, SBR (15-4) advances to the Sweet 16, where they will face either No. 2 seed Sharon or 34th seed Billerica Memorial.
