Bhutan to Host Special India Road Show to Celebrate 50 Years of Tourism Excellence

In a bid to celebrate half a century of tourism excellence, Bhutan is all set to host a special India Road Show from June 17 to 21, 2024, with a focus on summer travel. The roadshow will traverse through four major Indian cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, providing a unique platform for travel industry experts to network, explore business opportunities, and curate exceptional travel experiences to Bhutan.

Recent reports indicate a significant surge in Indian visitors to Bhutan, with a staggering 100 per cent increase in May 2024, as compared to April, with around 19,212 Indian tourists visiting the country during that month alone.

The roadshow is expected to feature approximately 20 Bhutanese exhibitors, including tour operators, hotels, and airlines, showcasing exclusive offers, packages, and promotions to entice Indian travelers.
