Bishop Feehan boys dominate King Philip in high school tennis match

In a thrilling match-up, the Bishop Feehan High boys tennis team dominated King Philip Regional High with a resounding 5-0 victory on Thursday. Max Comey led the charge in first singles for Feehan, defeating KP’s Arjun Kollu with a score of 6-4, 6-0. The excitement continued in second singles as Kaya Yuceler rallied to win against Luke Bailer with a score of 4-6, 6-3, 10-8. James Mallon sealed the deal in third singles with a decisive 6-1, 6-0 win over Chimezie James.

The doubles matches were just as impressive, with Bishop Feehan’s first doubles team of Nakul Bhattia and Casey Fennell securing a 6-1, 6-2 victory, while Will Carroll and Conor Wright triumphed in second doubles with a score of 6-1, 6-3.

With this win, Bishop Feehan improved their record to 6-2 and will be facing off against Sharon on Saturday afternoon. On the other hand, King Philip, now standing at 6-6, will be hosting Mansfield on Monday.
