World of Warcraft players, get ready to embark on a new adventure with the launch of Cataclysm Classic! The latest update brings new zones, dungeons, raids, and PvP combat to the game, along with the mysteries of the Darkmoon Faire. In addition to the new content, Cataclysm Classic also introduces PvP Season 9, starting on 29 May. Players can engage in Rated Arenas and Rated Battlegrounds to earn Conquest points for powerful PvP gear. Two new battlegrounds, Battle for Gilneas and Twin Peaks, add to the dynamic PvP experience.

For those looking for a raiding challenge, three new raid dungeons will be available starting on 30 May. The Bastion of Twilight, Blackwing Descent, and Throne of the Four Winds await level 85 players, each with their own unique bosses and challenges.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Esports events are also on the horizon for World of Warcraft Cataclysm Classic. The Dragonslayer Challenge on 8–9 June will see top guilds speedrunning through Blackwing Descent with basic level 85 characters. And the Cataclysm Arena Tournament on 14–16 June will feature top players from Europe and North America battling for glory and a $50,000 prize pool.
