The Vancouver Canucks pulled off a stunning 4-3 overtime victory against the Nashville Predators, taking a commanding 3-1 lead in their first-round playoff series. Elias Lindholm scored the game-winning goal just 1:02 into overtime, beating goalie Juuse Saros with a precise wrister from close range off a pass from Conor Garland.

Brock Boeser was the hero for the Canucks, notching his first playoff hat trick and seventh of his career. He scored Vancouver’s first goal and then scored twice in the final minutes of regulation to force overtime. J.T. Miller chipped in with three assists to help secure the win.

Filip Forsberg, Gustav Nyquist, and Mark Jankowski scored for the Predators, who now find themselves on the brink of elimination. Despite holding a lead for much of the game, Nashville couldn’t hold off Vancouver’s late surge.

The Canucks relied on rookie goalie Arturs Silovs, who made 27 saves in his NHL playoff debut. Silovs replaced Thatcher Demko, who is sidelined with an injury, and Casey DeSmith, who started Game 2.

With the victory, the Canucks became only the second team in NHL history to win their first three playoff games with three different goalies. They now have a chance to close out the series on home ice in Game 5.

The atmosphere in Nashville was electric, with the crowd treated to a thrilling playoff game that featured multiple lead changes and late drama. The Canucks will look to carry their momentum into the next game and secure their first playoff series win in several years.
