Brainerd Dispatch Reports on Church News

This Sunday, the churches in Brainerd have exciting services planned for their congregations.

At South Long Lake Church, Pastor Jeff Lawson will be continuing his teaching in Genesis at 9:30 a.m. Communion will be celebrated, followed by a coffee fellowship.

First Congregational United Church of Christ will have worship at 10 a.m. led by the Rev. T. Michael Rock. Communion will be served, and the service will be in-person and on Facebook Live, followed by a fellowship hour in the Fellowship Hall.

Trinity Lutheran Church will have a worship service at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, with Pastor Kim Suhr presiding. On Sunday, June 2, there will be a worship service at 9 a.m. with Pastor Kim Suhr preaching. The service will be broadcast on KVBR radio and livestreamed on YouTube and Facebook.

Bethlehem Lutheran Church will celebrate the Second Sunday after Pentecost with an in-person and livestreamed service with communion at 9 a.m. Pastor Sarah Marshall will be preaching. The livestream can be viewed on Facebook, and the service will be available for later viewing on their website.

These churches are providing opportunities for worship and fellowship for their members and the community. Join them this weekend for a meaningful and uplifting experience.
