Colgate University’s Information and Technology Support (ITS) Desk: A Lifeline for Students During Finals Week

One such student, sophomore Andrew Kang, has found fulfillment in his role at the ITS desk, where he not only assists with technical maintenance but also provides support and guidance to his peers.
