Brendan Metcalfe, the charity’s chief executive, highlighted the increased demand for clean water storage, especially during times of war when many are unemployed and confined to their homes.

The completion of the first phase of the water-emergency and house-rehabilitation project marks a significant milestone in improving the quality of life for these families.
