In Abita Springs, a property on Abita Oaks Loop was sold for $298,000 to Leigh Lindsey Freshley, Timothy E. Lindsey, and Laurie Lindsey Waddell. Another property near Abita Springs changed hands for $182,000, with Tyler J. Singletary selling to Adam T. Fink and Michaela Reggio Fink.

Moving to Covington, a property on Beech Drive was sold for $580,000 to Jason N. Patel, while a donation was made on Carroll Drive from Paul R. Hord to Deborah P. Hord and Amanda A. Hord. In Mandeville, a property on Brentwood Drive was sold for $799,900 to Nathan R. Shanks and Olga S. Shanks.
