Exercise Basics for Older Adults Seminar to be Held at Urbana Regional Library

On November 10th, older adults in the Urbana area will have the opportunity to learn about exercise basics at a seminar hosted by Katrina Wolf, a certified personal trainer and owner of Agewell Senior Fitness. The seminar will take place at the Urbana Regional Library and will cover the essential components of an exercise program for older adults.

As we age, staying active becomes increasingly important for maintaining overall health and well-being. Wolf, who is also a Functional Aging Specialist and Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, will discuss the why, what, and how of exercise programs tailored specifically for older adults. Attendees can expect to learn valuable information on how to stay fit and healthy as they age.

The seminar is free to attend and will be held at 1 p.m. at the Urbana Regional Library located at 9020 Amelung St. Those interested in attending can contact 301-600-7004 for more information.
