California to Utilize Generative AI Tools to Enhance Service Accessibility and Alleviate Traffic Congestion

California is on the cutting edge of technology as it announces plans to deploy generative artificial intelligence tools to improve public services. These tools are designed to assist state workers, not replace them, and are intended to enhance the efficiency of public services.
