Canadian police have made a breakthrough in the case of the murder of 28-year-old Indo-Canadian, Yuvraj Goyal, with the arrest of four individuals, including an alleged gangster. The incident took place in broad daylight, just before 9 am on Friday, in Surrey, British Columbia.

The suspects, identified as Manvir Basram, Sahib Basra, Harkirat Jhutty, and Keilon Francois, were taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder. The victim, originally from Ludhiana, was found deceased at the scene by officers responding to a report of the shooting. Investigators initially believed it to be a targeted attack, but are now working to determine the motive behind the killing.

Of particular interest is the fact that Goyal had no prior police record or known involvement in gang activity. This has raised questions about why he was targeted in such a violent manner.
