Cassie Ventura’s spouse speaks out against ‘abusers’ following reported ‘Diddy’ assault footage – NBC Connecticut

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Cassie Ventura’s husband, Alex Fine, has taken a bold stand against domestic violence, sending a powerful message to abusers in an open letter shared on Instagram. The actor expressed his disgust for men who hit women, stating that they are not real men. He also condemned those who enable and protect abusers, calling them out for their weakness.

Fine emphasized that violence against women should not be accepted or inevitable, and that men who hurt women simply hate them. He showed his support for survivors of domestic violence, assuring them that they are not alone and that there are people who care for their well-being and safety.

The 31-year-old father of two daughters, Frankie and Sunny, expressed his desire to raise them in a world where they are safe and loved. His message to abusers was clear – they are no longer safe or protected, and their actions will not be tolerated.

This statement from Fine comes in the wake of a 2016 surveillance video that surfaced, allegedly showing music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs assaulting Ventura. The video, released by CNN, depicted a disturbing incident where Diddy was seen chasing Ventura down a hotel hallway, grabbing her, pulling her to the ground, and kicking her multiple times.

Ventura had previously accused Diddy of rape and abuse in a lawsuit, which was settled in an undisclosed agreement. Diddy’s lawyer stated that the settlement was not an admission of wrongdoing. E! News has reached out to Diddy’s representative for comment on the surveillance video.

Fine’s public condemnation of domestic violence and support for survivors sends a strong message that abuse will not be tolerated, and that those who perpetrate it will be held accountable.
