Central Cambria Softball Dominates Penn Cambria in 15-4 Victory

In a thrilling high school softball matchup, Central Cambria showcased their offensive firepower with a 15-4 victory over Penn Cambria. The Lady Devils put on a hitting clinic, highlighted by home runs from Katie Scott, Sophie Blasko, and Katie George in the fifth inning.

Blasko and Camryn Matlin led the charge with three hits each, while Scott, George, and Keira Link contributed with multiple hits as well. George had a standout performance with four RBIs to help secure the win for Central Cambria.

On the other side, Sophia Rabatin and Emily Cully of Penn Cambria showed resilience with doubles, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Central Cambria’s dominant performance.

The final score reflected Central Cambria’s offensive prowess, with the Lady Devils scoring 15 runs on 14 hits. Penn Cambria managed to score 4 runs on 7 hits, but Central Cambria’s strong pitching and hitting proved to be too much to handle.
