Bollywood Mourns the Loss of Ritesh Sidhwani’s Mother

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 18: The Bollywood fraternity was plunged into grief as news broke of the passing of Leelu Sidhwani, the mother of renowned producer Ritesh Sidhwani. She breathed her last at Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, leaving behind a wave of sadness among her family and friends.

Celebrities from the film industry flocked to Sidhwani’s residence to pay their respects and offer condolences. The likes of Kareena Kapoor, Karan Johar, Ali Fazal, and Kritika Kamra were among the many who came to express their sympathy to the grieving family.

The funeral saw a somber gathering of stars including Abhishek Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Shankar Mahadevan, Kriti Kharbanda, and Siddhant Chaturvedi, who came to bid farewell to the departed soul. Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar, filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, and actors Chunky Panday, Malaika Arora, and Amrita Arora were also present to pay their last respects.

Ritesh Sidhwani, known for his successful productions under Excel Entertainment, received an outpouring of support from the industry. His contributions to Indian cinema, including the National Award-winning film ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, have solidified his reputation as a prominent figure in the entertainment world.
