Celine Dion Opens Up About Battle with Rare Neurological Disorder

In a candid interview with Hoda Kotb, Celine Dion revealed her ongoing battle with Stiff-Person Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder. The 56-year-old singer described the condition as feeling like someone is strangling her, with symptoms affecting various parts of her body, including her larynx, abdomen, spine, ribs, and hands.

Dion first disclosed her diagnosis in December 2022 and is set to further discuss her journey with the autoimmune disease in her upcoming documentary, “I Am: Celine Dion,” scheduled for release on June 25 via Prime Video.
