Additionally, AI is playing a crucial role in social development projects, such as the development of AI-powered chatbots in Mongolia to support domestic violence survivors.

Furthermore, ADB is utilizing AI for economic monitoring and forecasting, with projects like analyzing news articles for economic nowcasting in the Philippines. The organization is also leveraging Automatic Identification System (AIS) data to generate real-time economic statistics on maritime activities.
