China and Russia to enhance strategic cooperation as Lavrov makes visit

China and Russia are strengthening their strategic cooperation as Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visits Beijing. The two countries are looking to bolster their diplomatic ties amidst Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine.
